Ski Chalet Apartment, Nosal Zakopane

This is a well equipped, spacious apartment located at the foot of Nosal ski slope, just 2.5km (1.5 miles or 20 minute walk) from the centre of Zakopane.

Zakopane, Poland’s premier mountain resort is one of the country’s most popular holiday destinations, both in the winter for skiing and in the summer for hiking & mountain biking.

Nestling at the foot of the Tatra Mountains, Zakopane attracts around 2 million visitors each year and enjoying a skiing season from December to March has become known as Poland's winter capital.

The Tatra's are both the highest and most beautiful stretch of mountains between the Alps and the Caucasus. It is Poland's best known place of recreation, as well as a centre for culture and sport.

Located in the middle of the massive arch of the Carpathians, the mountains spread over a distance of more than a thousand kilometers. The beauty of the landscape and well preserved wildlife has always drawn tourists to the area, so to protect these natural qualities the Tatra Mountains National Park was established in 1954.

	With a cozy atmosphere and convenient location (see directions) it is an ideal base for couples and families to enjoy the wide variety of activities available in the area. The two storey apartment sleeps 5 adults and is available to rent all year.
	The fully fitted kitchen leads into the dining area/living room which in turn lead onto the balcony area where you can relax and enjoy the fantastic views. Bathroom with large bath and shower attachment. All linen and towels are provided
	Nosal ski slope is only 5 minutes walk away and is home to the Strama ski school, which has English speaking instructors and caters for both beginners and the more experienced skier. There is a general store at the end of the street and many bars and restaurants close by including the well known Nosalowy Dwor (Nosal Manor).
Morskie oko	Day trips can be booked nearby and in the town – these include:- Tatralandia Auchwitz Rafting Morskie Oko Some of these trips are only offered on certain days of the week so best to check as soon as you arrive to ensure you don’t run out of time.
Krupowki church	Other attractions include daily market at the bottom of Krupowki Street, Aquapark, funicular railway to Gubalowka and cable car to Kasprowy Wierch. For walkers and hikers the Jaszczurowka entrance to the National Park is a 5 minute walk away.
